Well, it goes something like this....
Due to an incredible lack of sleep, I sent a text saying "..... Bring home an axe."
I had had enough and it was time for me to take matters in my own hands and take the next step in having a small piece land (with all of it's ecoutrements)
The rooster fairy was looking down upon our "too many" roosters, as within an hour of my text, an offer was received to re-home all of them! What luck!
The past few nights have been absolute bliss! With only ONE rooster remaining (who has the quietest crow, mind you), I sleep. When I sleep, I am a much nicer person to be around.
Peace for all.
Thanking you, rooster fairy.
Now to sort out the above photographed hundreds and hundreds of sulphur crested cockatoos who like to roost in our trees at about 4 am - oh well, you can't have everything... but they sure are beautiful!
